For those of you who don’t know us, we’re Tony Carlino and Shelly Cannon, and we created EverStrong because we’re passionate about helping people become stronger—in the gym and beyond it.

We also believe strength means nothing if you don’t use it to help others.

EverStrong is a small business with some pretty big goals.

We want to create supplements, clothing, and gear that help people optimize their performance and pursue their own version of strength. But EverStrong was never meant to be just a supplement or apparel company.

We want to tell the stories of athletes who have faced adversity and risen above it—not simply to celebrate what they’ve accomplished, but to remind other people of what might be possible for them.

We want to share information, tools, research, and education that help people learn, grow, train smarter, and become more resilient.

Eventually, we plan to bring all of this together through EverStrong strength retreats: experiences built around training, education, connection, recovery, and personal growth.

And perhaps most importantly, we want to find ways to use our strength to help other people—whether that means teaching, coaching, encouraging someone through a difficult season, or quite literally lending our strength when someone needs an extra set of hands.

That mission is deeply personal to us.

We have both faced life-threatening situations. We have both been told by doctors that we are fortunate to be alive. Those experiences changed the way we look at time, strength, and what we want to do with the lives we’ve been given.

We like to think of these as our bonus lives, and we intend to make them count.

EverStrong is part of that promise—to ourselves and, hopefully, to the community we build along the way.

So if you’re here because you want to get stronger, perform better, learn something new, overcome something difficult, or simply surround yourself with people who believe we are capable of more than we sometimes realize:
