Shelly Cannon, an integrative personal trainer, embodies this spirit. A lifelong competitive athlete, Shelly has excelled in bodybuilding, powerlifting, and strongman competitions, even while battling metastatic breast cancer. Her mission is to guide others out of pain and into their greatest strength by restoring balance to their bodies, helping them overcome physical limitations and reclaim their vitality.

Tony Carlino, one of the world’s elite bench pressers, exemplifies resilience and tenacity. A four time All-Time World Record holder, Tony defied the odds after contracting swine flu at the Arnold Sports Festival in 2019. Given just a 30% chance of survival and facing the daunting task of relearning how to walk, he was told he would never lift again. Yet, through sheer determination, he not only recovered but continues to set new standards in the world of powerlifting.

Both Shelly and Tony’s remarkable journeys reflect the very essence of EverStrong: the belief that no matter the obstacle, strength can always be reclaimed, limits can be surpassed, and through relentless perseverance, we can all emerge stronger than ever.
